If you accept our offer of service, you will need to commit to

  • treating our staff and volunteers with respect
  • ensure your home is safe for our staff to work in
  • turn up to agreed meeting times on time
  • be available at the agreed times (or let us know in advance)
  • give us the information we need to provide you with support
  • give feedback about the quality of the service
  • let us know if you have any concerns or complaints
  • ask for help when you need it
  • celebrate your successes
